Conical log splitter KHS 25
The ideal attachments for the efficient and safe shredding of tree trunks and tree roots.
The main applications are pre-splitting for feeding chipping plants as well as the splitting of logs for lumber drying. The diameter of the logs is irrelevant.
Softwood and hardwood logs can be split.
Problem-free splitting of wood that is particularly difficult to split (e.g. poplars).
The high torques are generated by planetary gears.
Preferably excavators from 1.5 to 2.5 t are used as supporting devices.
Greatest economic efficiency due to minimum maintenance costs.
A tip damaged by coming into contact with ground that is too hard is easy to replace.
Simple conversion to an auger possible.
